Conference sign-in at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego is located in the Worthington's Foyer on the second floor of the Convention Center.

How can I save my institution money and enjoy the San Diego attractions at the same time?
When making your travel arrangements, you may want to see if a Saturday stay-over will reduce the cost of your airfare. In many cases, the savings incurred will more than pay for an additional night at the hotel. You can save your institution money and have the opportunity to relax before or after the conference.

Since I will be in class at check out time, what should I do to check out on time and what should I do with my luggage?
If you are checking out on the last day of the conference, you may want to check out before classes begin to avoid missing sessions. Complimentary luggage storage is available at the hotels so you may enjoy the rest of your day.

How do I register for sessions in which I’m interested?
Our Conference Registration Wizard makes it a snap! Simply choose the products you are interested in to begin the registration process.

Will I receive confirmation of the sessions I have signed up for?
Immediately following your registration, you will receive a confirmation letter via e-mail. You will also receive a personalized agenda via e-mail that confirms the sessions you will attend.

What if I change my mind about a session once I have registered?
We know that sometimes your preference for a session may change. With our registration system, you may log back in at any time during our open registration dates and change your session choices. If you want to change your class selection once you are on-site for the event, please stop by the main information desk. Please note that classes may be full.

What if a session is full?
During the registration process, you will be notified if a session is full. You will have the option to be added to the waiting list for that session. If you choose to be added to the waiting list, you may also select an alternative session. If your wait list session becomes available, we’ll move you into that session and notify you of the change automatically.

• Dress Code for the conference is business casual. Jeans, khakis, shorts and tee shirts are all acceptable. Insider Tip: Bear in mind that meeting rooms tend to feel very cold. You may want to keep a sweater or a jacket handy.
  
• Remember to bring comfortable walking shoes.
  
• You may also wish to bring a flat shipping box and air bill in your suitcase to ship your conference materials home.
